Pup wanted
My son and his wife are looking for a pup to raise into a wonderful dog. They have their own home, with good size section, in Wellington and work in the film industry. They have a block of land in the Wairarapa where they plan to build. They intend to take their dog to a doggie day care near Weta when they are working and fly it here to us on our farm (adoring grandparents) when they are out of the country. Naturally the dog will live inside.
Their preference is for a cross breed that would grow to about 20kilos. Probably not dogs with strong working lines. Good health and temperament are vital.
Call or text me if you have or know of a pup looking for a great home for life.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
