Don't forget to lock in tomorrow's (Wed 9th) 9.30am Core hour class and if you can't make that one, I will be teaching my 5.15pm Vinyasa Flow.
Location: Wellness Movement Studios, 121 Trafalgar St (entrance off New St, upstairs). $14 for the hour or $16 for a 75min or 90min class. See you there.
Also my Backbend workshop will be held this Saturday, 12th from 9am-11am.

Calling all those in Wheelchairs
Hi, I'm Simon .... a 44 yr old wheelchair user who wants to meet others in a similar position as myself (particularly a woman). I've been a sole parent now for almost 18 years and my son has just left the nest, so I thought it was time to start on the next stage of my life. I have cerebral palsy that effects just my legs (kinda the reason I can't walk) sooooooo if any of you are interested in getting to know me, flick me a message. I enjoy spending time with my son when he comes to visit and my pets (1 cat and 2 birds), I also enjoy building computers as well as a bit of gaming/watching TV too.
