Looking for a craftsman
Hi, would anyone have any recommendations for someone to repair a chef’s knife handle? I have a lovely Wusthof Chef’s knife that is approx 22 years old and the handle has deteriorated. I would like it to be replaced by a wooden handle so I can use it for many years to come. Does anyone know of anyone who might be able to help?

Green potatoes
Why do the supermarkets and others sell green potatoes. They are toxic and should be covered with a sack or something dark so the light doesn't get to them.
