Temporary Road Closures: 15 - 16 October
The upcoming weekend will be busy in Havelock North with the Strata Group Tour of the Bay Fun Ride taking place on Saturday, Targa Rally NZ 2016 completing their final two legs in the village on Saturday and Sunday, not to mention the Harcourts Hawke's Bay Arts Festival coming to a close on Sunday.
