Introducing New Coordinator for Napier NHS - Jenny Middleton

Jason from Marewa

Hello everyone, I've recently taken over from Brian Hall as Coordinator of Neighbourhood Support in Napier, looking after both City and surrounding Rural areas - working closely with your Community Constables and Civil Defence. I'm looking forward to meeting and talking to many of you, through your local Neighbourhood Get-togethers, Street Meetings, "Neighbours Day" BBQ's etc, and as we contact you to update our records.

My husband Jim and I moved to Napier in 2000, from Wellington, and enjoy living in Tamatea with our two cats and eleven "rescue" and "fancy pigeons". My interests outside of work include gardening, Pilates, reading, sewing, baking, photography, sketching and Animal Welfare.

Please feel free to ring me at the Marewa Office on 842-0259 or Cell 022-3622-091 (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri) during usual office hours, and leave a message if I am out at a meeting. Or email me: info@napiernhs.co.nz

Join Neighbourhood Support and be part of an even safer, more connected and resilient community!

Talk to you soon!
Jenny

Green potatoes

Elva from Taradale

Why do the supermarkets and others sell green potatoes. They are toxic and should be covered with a sack or something dark so the light doesn't get to them.
