to me
Hello my name is Olivia, I teach Chair Yoga in Napier 3 times a week. Chair yoga is designed for seniors but is open to anyone. I am now going to run these classes online through Zoom. If you have never been to one of my classes you are welcome to join me. Do not worry if you have not used Zoom before, it is very simple. You click on the class link below and follow the instructions to download zoom. It is free. If you have any problems feel free to call me before or after the class. If you miss a class you can always try the next class. We are all going through a learning curve with this new technology, it is new to me too 😉
Setting up a zoom account only takes a minute. You can do it just before class or in advance.
Click on the class you wish to join before the class starts

Poll: Are Kiwis allergic to “exuberance”? 🥝
In The Post’s opinion piece on the developments set to open across Aotearoa in 2026, John Coop suggests that, as a nation, we’re “allergic to exuberance.”
We want to know: Are we really allergic to showing our excitement?
Is it time to lean into a more optimistic view of the place we call home? As big projects take shape and new opportunities emerge, perhaps it’s worth asking whether a little more confidence (and enthusiasm!) could do us some good.
