Brown tinge to water
Had noticed slight brown colour to water in loo bowl it was flushed for the past 2 mornings. Ran water from kitchen tap into a white cup and there were bits that looked like sand in the bottom. Contacted NCC, within 3 hours man came to say they had flushed the mains pipe and to run bath water on cold for 10 minutes. The stuff that came out was incredible. Some dirt, some hard pieces. Well done NCC as not good to drink this, let alone the damage to dishwasher / washing machine. This is apparently caused by chlorine that was added.
If you notice funny colour in water, call NCC. Well done NCC for great service.
