That's the view - some would say surprisingly - of the New Zealand Drug Foundation, and Massey University environmental chemistry expert Nick Kim.

With most Kiwi home buyers now getting properties meth tested and walking away from the deal if the result comes up positive, it begs the question whether it's possible to pick up a bargain if you're prepared to don rubber gloves and invest some elbow grease.
