Merry Christmas neighbours and film lovers!

Duty Manager from Cinema 3 Pukekohe

Hi neighbours – it's Kurt and the team, exciting news!! We’re open right through the holidays (except Christmas Day) and have heaps of great films on offer. We’ll be screening the animated features “Coco” and “Ferdinand”, and for all you Sci-Fi fans: “Star Wars: The Last Jedi”. “The Rock” leads a stellar cast in: “Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle”, and “The Greatest Showman” led by Hugh Jackman. We’ve also got “Pitch Perfect 3”.

Get out from the heat and into the aircon with a refreshing, cool beverage and a film. Enjoy the best ice-cream in the cinema world and if you want to choose your seats then book on our website or over the phone on (09) 237 0216.

See you at the movies!

Poll: Are Kiwis allergic to “exuberance”? 🥝

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

In The Post’s opinion piece on the developments set to open across Aotearoa in 2026, John Coop suggests that, as a nation, we’re “allergic to exuberance.”

We want to know: Are we really allergic to showing our excitement?

Is it time to lean into a more optimistic view of the place we call home? As big projects take shape and new opportunities emerge, perhaps it’s worth asking whether a little more confidence (and enthusiasm!) could do us some good.
