Daylilies flowering now
I have some lovely Daylilies flowering now. They are extremely hardy and come up every year.
Strappy leaves with flower stalks that have flowers coming out in succession day by day.
Not fussy about soil, drought tolerant.
They will be dug bare-rooted which is how I first bought them decades ago from a specialist grower.
They can be planted straight away.
The last two photos are smaller daintier flowers. The others are large bold flowers. The first red one has a lovely fragrance. Havent checked the others for fragrance.
Thanks for looking.
Pickup is in Kuripuni.
$6.50 for two barerooted plants.

Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
Roller
Has anybody got a concrete or water filled hand roller that they don't need anymore. I'm putting down a new lawn and need it to compact the dirt down.
