Crinium, potted. ...pale pink lily
THere are 3 healthy bulbs growing in this potful.
This is a robust plant with slender strap like soft draping leaves and beautiful lily like flowers, white with the softest touch of pale pink, held in clusters from a metre high fleshy stalk.
It is a robust plant and can handle shade and sun. Suitable for a bigger garden or space. They grow about a metre high with a strong bulbous
base. Easy care .
Two photos of the same plant in its pot.
The photos of the flowers were taken in February this year though I have had this plant for 25 years or more.
Thanks for looking.
Pickup is in Kuripuni.
Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
