Bearded Irises Potted
Bearded Irises are just coming into flower but I have some potted ones here which could go in the ground carefully and they will transplant well.
Bearded iris like at least 5 hours sun a day and dry rather than wet growing situation. They are planted with their rhizomes sitting on top of the soil so they can sunbather.
Bearded Irises are completely frost resistant. Their foliage doesn't disappear completely but retreats to short leaves during the winter.
There are talls and dwarfs among this lot.
$10.00 a pot.
Thanks for looking.
Pickup is in Kuripuni.
P.S. Bare rooted rhizomes I plan to start selling before Christmas.

Roller
Has anybody got a concrete or water filled hand roller that they don't need anymore. I'm putting down a new lawn and need it to compact the dirt down.
Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
