Hi Guys. Just asking on behalf of a friend.
How can one secure a good rental property if you own dogs? Why is it that each and every Landlord/Property Manager is so against it. Some people train their dogs really really well and the owners are absolutely so house-proud and will probably be the best tennants they will ever come to experience!! Some owners treat their dogs better than some people would treat their children!
Why not give a person a try, and at least do an inspection at their current property to see how they treat their dogs and how they take care of someone else's property.?? It seems that there are absolutely no sympathy for people like them!!
Please if you know of someone who is willing to give this lovely mature and loving professional couple a chance, please pm me with details and I will pass on to them.
