Building development is rapidly finishing

The building development is rapidly finishing with the MOH having undertaken their site audit and now further refinements are underway. The new grass is growing, wireless internet installed for residents separate from staff, hearing loop to assist hearing aid reception in the main lounge, fibre installation, television and telephone service to rooms. While all rooms have ensuites there is also a separate bathroom complete with ceiling hoist to assist patients and residents confined to their bed.

The audit process commenced with the on-site inspection which was very positive and the MOH certification process will advance. This may take up to six weeks following which we will be able to occupy the building with residents/patients. Because of this, we are unable to set a firm date for the move. Find out more!
