Buyer Beware of EyeXpress,Hamilton.Messed up my prescription twice of glasses,no refund,just a lot of talk.Anyone else out there had issues with this business?Tried to get redress through Govt agencies...total waste of time,its as if they encourage rip off merchants,in my opinion.Went to Disputes Tribunal,Naman Bhatt (EyeXpress)hijacked meeting,I basically got 10 minutes to present my case in a 2.15 hour hearing.Complained but got nowhere.So,avoid EyeXpress,don't waste your hard earned money,as I did.Bhatt is full of excuses & obviously had the "ear" of the Disputes Tribunal.

Hi Neighbors, Just a heads up, I have just received a $170 fine for driving at 50km on Rata Street Naenae on a SUNDAY Morning. I wrote to NZTA pointing out and sending in a photo of sign stating that it was 30km on school days between those hours, but they said that the whole of Rata Street and some surrounding streets are 30km 24/7 and have been for over a year. Did I miss this been advised by council? Always good to be informed. Merry Christmas to all
