Council has completed a detailed resource for the community, businesses and Council that aims to stimulate and coordinate the thinking and discussions around the design and development of the central city.
The Central City Transformation Plan provides recommendations and a range of initiatives and projects aimed at achieving the city’s vision of an evolving and dynamic riverside city.
