The Wellington Regional Strategy Committee, which includes the region's mayors, agreed on Tuesday to advance plans to build a 12,000 seat arena. Wellington concert promoter Phil Sprey suggested Petone could be a good alternative for such a place. What do you think? Does Petone need an arena? Or would that be too much?
