Apart from the stalls which lacked the Martinborough, Petone, Newtown, Thorndon grandeur, the singing from the two entertainment sites when I was around , was pretty low key as to want to pass by rather quickly.
Maybe I was feeling to effects from an All Blacks team which underperformed on the world's greatest stage only a few hours earlier.
However the weather was great - tee-shirts and shorts. Yay

The push-ahead with this promotion is because that over the past two years the only named tenants - KiwiRail and MBIE - are still the only two as we speak and the latter is not due to move in to the Wallaceville site until next month.
So attracting other tenants has been a huge issue. And the starting of the other three-four stages within the planning laid out in the campus is dependent on tenants coming forward. Already the owners have submitted to the Upper Hutt City Council permission to partially at least make the stage two refurbishment of the historic Hopkirk Building and Gilruth Building, residential apartments.
