A pop-up beach in a shipping container and a seven-week survey run by students are all part of a drive to explore how we live along Hutt River and what we can do to make a change. Run by both Hutt and regional councils, along with NZTA, RiverLink is a project looking to create better flood protection and a better lifestyle for residents.
