Ending homelessness in Auckland
Yesterday I launched the Housing First initiative with Minister Amy Adams. It's a proven model to end chronic homelessness and has worked both overseas and in New Zealand.
Tackling homelessness was an important campaign platform for me and I'm pleased we're working with five great providers to end chronic homelessness in our city.
