Thames Festival of Living Solutions from 7th till the 22nd September
This is a 2 week T3 event featuring activities & events promoting services, products & inspiration to foster positive actions that we can implement for our selves, our families, workplaces & the wider community.
It opens at the St James hall on Market day the 7th September with a range of stalls, workshops & inspiration from people doing this stuff.
The following 2 weeks feature workshops, garden & the Halls Arboretum tours, a Composting & urban organic waste workshop on Sunday the 8th, mid week events & finishing with a public 'Meet the Council Candidates' evening on Sunday the 22nd September.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
