2.75 cubic metre wasp nest found in Southland
A wasp nest measuring an astonishing 2.75cum has been removed from a property just outside Invercargill.
Bee Keeper and Wasp man Geoff Scott removed the nest at the request of the property owners and Environment Southland on Thursday.
"It is the biggest wasp nest I have seen or heard of in Southland," Scott said.
