Severe weather watch: Heavy rain for the ranges of southern Westland
A front brings a period of heavy northwesterly rain to Westland on Tuesday. The heaviest falls are expected in the ranges south of Fox Glacier, where accumulations may approach warning amounts during the morning and afternoon. The front should weaken, and rain ease, on Tuesday evening. Keep updated here
