Poll: Would you live somewhere with a cat ban?
Cats won't be allowed in a new subdivision in Hamilton's south.
Independent commissioners gave Amberfield the green light but said residents can't own cats - a move intended to protect nearby bats.
However, Amberfield's developers are challenging the decision.
