From Monday September 2nd I have a room available for rent/board at Lloyd Drive in Nawton.
It's a modern home with heatpump etc.
The rent is $160 but includes pretty much everything.
Power, gas, laundry, WiFi etc plus 4 to 5 cooked evening dinners.
Off street parking, 1 minute from Frankton bus stop.
Smoker OK, social drinker OK
Must like cats 😊😊😊

Grant Kilby has always loved camping. His mum was director of health at the YMCA, and he would attend YMCA camps in the school holidays. “I think it was mandatory that I was there,” he jokes.
He went on camping holidays with his parents, and later, took his own kids.
