Where can I learn how to apply make-up?
Hi, I want to learn how to apply make-up, just on myself, but not sure where I can learn?? I know there are tons of videos available, but still would like some help. Fraser High used to offer adult class on make up, but they are not doing it anymore. Any ideas. Thanks.
