Number plate thefts rise
Morning everyone,
Reporter Caitlin Moorby has discovered that number plate thefts have risen every year since 2011.
Crimes related to stolen number plates include petrol thefts, avoidance of traffic-related fines or tolls, shoplifting, burglary and robbery.
There are a number of ways to keep your plate secure, including tamper-proof screws.
