Poll: Do you think bylaws are the right option?

Libby Totton Reporter from Waikato Times

Gone are the golden days of wrap-around services and showering in the CBD’s fountains for Hamilton’s streeties, with new bylaws on the way to “take back the CBD”.

Ewan Wilson, Hamilton City west ward councillor says the “soft-touch” approach that’s been taken by the council to address the anti-social behaviour in the CBD isn’t working, and anti-social behaviour is “eroding“ the “essence of the city”.

Do you think bylaws are the right option? Tell us your reasons in the comments (adding NFP if you don't want your words used in print).
