Hamilton City Council is keeping its cards close to its financial chest over the dollar value of potential gains from a new-style profit share arrangement on the 25-storey Templeton hotel, apartments and entertainment project.

But hopes are high as the size of that return could help determine the degree of ratepayer benefit from the arrangement.

Hospital ED new location of interest in measles spread

Two separate days in the last week were listed on Health NZ’s website on Friday morning as a place where someone with measles was known to have visited.
