Ashirvad will be sharing his decades of personal experience and practical advice during the 6:30 - 8:30pm two hour program, his first Hamilton visit.
Ashirvad learnt meditation from the late Indian spiritual master Sri Chinmoy and has taught meditation globally for over three decades, combining a wealth of practical techniques with many personal insights and secrets.
