Poll: Should the Avalon Drive bypass have a 60kmh speed limit?

The change - down from 80kmh - is one of several suggested by Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency.
But Hamilton Deputy Mayor Geoff Taylor said it seems "close to failing the common sense test".
