The new parking will be two hours free parking in the CBD thereafter $6 per hour. The targeted rate ($26) for residential ratepayers is removed.
The targeted rate for CBD businesses remains.
The new parking will result in a $750,000 loss over the period Oct 17-Jun18 and $1m per year.
