If you look around the call centers and similar large companies with lots of people sitting at their desks pushing keyboards all day while answering a few phone calls you will realise a lot of them will have an unhealthy mid-life crisis to worry about. The lack of exercise of normal work today has disappeared and along with processed foods it is leading to a lot of new disease problems which these people and others don't realise is going to hit them bad. When you consider then these same younger generation then go home and play games on computers and consoles this leads to a very troubled lifestyle and it won't improve until they get out and change to an active job instead. An easy life isn't a healthy life and even if you can get wealthy it is no guarantee of a good life. I know a few people not even reached retirement that have got cancer and left their work to go home and enjoy what life they have left which isn't much then. Don't sit about as life is too short to waste it.

ASB is aware of a current SMS ('smishing') … View moreASB customers are being targeted in a "smishing" scam. They've been getting text messages claiming they've been locked out of their bank accounts, but it's really a ruse to get them to hand over their banking details.
ASB is aware of a current SMS ('smishing') scam where people have been sent a text message pretending to be from the bank. The 'smishing' SMS contains a link that once clicked prompts the person to provide personal information and a wide range of details such as login details and their Netcode.
ASB wants to remind everyone that legitimate messages from any bank would never ask customers to supply personal information, login details or second-factor identification.

The contract ensures a guaranteed monthly income, so there is no collecting bad debt or chasing debtors. There is a substantial customer base to build on to enhance and develop the distribution of other deliveries as well as the sale of other New Zealand Post related products.
The daily run delivers to approximately 650 box holders the mail, NZ Herald, Waikato Times Newspaper as well as parcels, courier items and pamphlets. The start time is early but it ensures an early finish time. Saturdays are earlier finish time as only newspapers and parcels are delivered.
Interested purchasers will be required to meet NZ Post approval and will receive comprehensive training. The vendors are prepared to provide an extended period of assistance to ensure a smooth transition.
This business would suit a motivated individual or couple who would like to work in their own business that has simple structure and a guaranteed income stream.
