Repair work on Waikato Expressway first step to solving rutting issues
Repair work on the Waikato Expressway north of Hamilton started yesterday. The works by Fulton Hogan are on the Te Rapa Section initially.
The NZ Transport Agency's Portfolio Manager Darry Coalter says this work is to ensure the condition of the Waikato Expressway remains safe and up to required standards going into winter. Keep up to date here
Walking path & not one facility I could find to give a dog a drink of water.
Council. I would like to suggest that a dog drinking post or two be erected, with a metal bowl below and a self stopping tap to top it up, to give fresh water to thirsty dogs who accompany their owners on this pathway. Perhaps a water fountain at the top for the owner as well. Thank you.
