FIRE at Dominion Park Playground
My husband & I were out for a walk when we saw smoke billowing from the public toilets at Dominion Park Playground. We immediately called 111 & help plus a fire engine was there very quickly. 2 boys were seen running away from the scene & another child volunteered their names, which have been passed on to the Fire Brigade. Perhaps these 2 boys will be exhibiting signs of guilt or bravado. Whether there will be any follow-up I'm not sure, but they were said to be local. Perhaps all parents should talk with their children about the dangers & stupidity of fire & similar vandalism

Walking path & not one facility I could find to give a dog a drink of water.
Council. I would like to suggest that a dog drinking post or two be erected, with a metal bowl below and a self stopping tap to top it up, to give fresh water to thirsty dogs who accompany their owners on this pathway. Perhaps a water fountain at the top for the owner as well. Thank you.
