Hamilton Lake - City Playground - a talk by Jeff Taylor
Come to the Hamilton City Library in Garden place at 2PM on Sunday 22nd March. Level 3. Jeff Taylor - author of the book "Hamilton Lake - City Playground" will be talking about Lake Rotoroa. The talk supports an exhibition that will be on until the end of April 2026. Come and learn about the formation of this natural lake and how it has developed over the years. See old photos of when you could swim in the lake and there was a slide. Learn what birds you can see on and around the lake. All welcome.
