Let’s talk about mental health in your community
Kia ora neighbours, in 2018 we came to your community to listen and get an understanding of your experiences, views and expectations on helping those and their whānau who experience mental health and addiction challenges.
From your feedback and ideas we have the Me Kōrero Tātou report that outlines the key themes from all hui held in the Waikato health region.
When: Wednesday, 7 August 2019, 10am-midday
Where: South Waikato Sports and Events Centre, 25 Mossop Road, Tokoroa
We want the help of the South Waikato community so that we can work together as a community (you, DHB services, local health services, NGOs, other government agencies) to achieve health equity for Māori and health gain for all.
Come along, get involved and be part of the reshaping of mental health and addiction services in your community.
Raukawa and SWPIC are supporting the conversation with the DHB in this hui.
Please register your interest to attend by contacting Jennifer Ashman, 07 834 3623; Email:Jennifer.ashman@waikatodhb.health.nz
We look forward to meeting you. He whakarongo tātou – we’re here to listen
