Absolutely Hair Salon aka Scott's The Hair Studio

Margaret from Grandview Heights

I have been going to the same hairdresser for more years than I can remember. the Salon ownership has changed but my favorite hairdresser Robyn has remained. Until last month :( I always prebooked 6 weeks in advance and was totally surprised to get a message on my answerphone saying... quote "Robyn is no longer with us so we have cancelled your appointment". unquote. How very professional. I have since heard that another employee has also left.
I am wondering if anyone knows my fav hairdresser Robyn. I would love to get in touch with her and ask her to continue cutting my hair. During all the time she has been cutting my hair, I never did ask her for her surname.

Police apologise to rest home alleged theft victim after failing to act

Libby Totton Reporter from Waikato Times

Police have apologised to a pensioner who caught a carer-turned-crook allegedly stealing cash, admitting there was more they could have done.

The about-face comes after the Waikato Times revealed the plight of rest home resident Lisa Allen, who set up a hidden-camera, capturing footage that appeared to show the caregiver opening her handbag and taking out a $50 note while the room was unattended.
