Held from 29 February-1 March 2020, at Claudelands Event Centre Hamilton, the 9th annual Wellbeing Show enables our community to discover the amazing wealth of health and wellbeing products, services and organisations available in the region.

The Wellbeing Show shares space within the new ASPIRE! Expo alongside the Lifelong Learning Expo, and adjoins the interactive Clubs & Creativities Showcase.

To reflect a diverse and vibrant wellness community, a wide variety of exhibitors is attending, including: Community health & wellbeing Complementary and Holistic health Fitness & NutritionHealth professionals Skincare and health products

Join our 9-week creative journey with our Open Studio Art Therapy programme.

Each week you will be guided through a central theme that lets you gently explore your world in a supportive and respectful way. Get ready to widen how you look at the world and your responses to it.
