ANALYSIS: Christopher Luxon has put his Cabinet on notice and sharpened up the Government’s focus on growth, while trimming dead wood in his ministry and vastly increasing the power of his minister of finance, Nicola Willis.
“We've got it set ... clear expectations, clear accountabilities, clear responsibilities,” Luxon said at a press conference at Premier House on Sunday.
