The MetService has told Santa to pack his wet weather suit for his big journey south as it looks like it will be ho ho hosing down on Christmas and Boxing Day in Waikato.
MetSevice meteorologist Devlin Lynden said a low coming in over the Tasman Sea will bring showers and then rain for Hamilton on Christmas Day afternoon, which will hang about on Boxing Day before clearing off on Friday.
