Despite a dip in delegate headcounts Hamilton’s Claudelands events centre insists it’s going gangbusters, securing repeat bookings and taking business off other main centres.⁠

On Monday, in response to Waikato Times queries, the city council said that in June-August 2023 there were 9588 delegates attending business events at Claudelands, and 8829 in the same period this year.⁠
