Treat yourself to 9 sessions of Mindfulness Arts Therapy workshops this term.
Designed for adults, these unique workshops (similar to our Thursday workshops) let you be playful and creative, promoting emotional well being, self-discovery, and emotional resilience.
Be ready to immerse yourself in various mediums and techniques, from sculpture, paint, movement, writing and symbolic play, all designed to enhance your feelings of calmness, clarity and overall wellness and well being.
There is an opportunity to share your experiences within the group should you choose.
All materials are provided as part of your fee. Groups limited to 6-8

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
