2016 South Otago A&P Show Queen Contest

Is OPEN for entries..Contestants will participate in group activities over the month of November to fund-raise for a charity of their choice. Judging will take place on Saturday 26th November 2016 at the A&P Show.
Entries are invited from all females aged between 18 and 25 years; as of the 1st November 2016.
The Show Queen event focuses on positive experiences, personal development and role modeling for young women in the Clutha District.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
