Water race review - community engagement sessions
If you are a water race ratepayer, please come along to one of our community engagement sessions to talk about your water race and how pending changes might affect you.
Moroa water race - Greytown Town Hall, 10am-2pm, Saturday 13 February 2021
Longwood water race - Tin Hut, 7-9pm, Monday 15 February 2021
In order for us to better understand how you use your water race and to plan for the future, we are asking you to complete a survey. The survey can be completed during the session or taken away.
If you can’t make the event, don’t worry the survey will be available in the mail to water race ratepayers and on our website within the next week.

Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
Roller
Has anybody got a concrete or water filled hand roller that they don't need anymore. I'm putting down a new lawn and need it to compact the dirt down.
