Succulent with large brown speckled star shaped flower.
This plant is well established, and can be grown outdoors in a sheltered position. Large thick serrated leaves. It does not have thorns.
It produces large golfball size speckled flowers star shaped....quite unusual and spectacular.
Name : Orbea Variegata
The plant on sale is the last one potted in the black plastic pot with the flowers. It could well flower this year.
These succulents don't really like direct sunlight, but they are drought tolerant and easy care. Christmas present maybe.
Pickup is in Kuripuni.
Thanks for looking.

Roller
Has anybody got a concrete or water filled hand roller that they don't need anymore. I'm putting down a new lawn and need it to compact the dirt down.
Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
