Toast Martinborough volunteers wanted!
It's that time of year again when we are looking for volunteers to help us pour wine or help keep the site tidy for our participation at Tirohana Estate for Toast Martinborough on Sunday 17th November. If you're available from 9am - 5pm please get in touch - we'd love to have you with us. You'll enjoy a staff lunch, staff BBQ at the end of the day and a gift voucher to redeem at Tirohana Estate restaurant for lunch or dinner in the future by way of thanks for your help. Has anybody got a concrete or water filled hand roller that they don't need anymore. I'm putting down a new lawn and need it to compact the dirt down.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
