Should all age care staff get more pay? What do you think?
Age care workers will get a significant bump in their pay due to the Pay Equity Settlement reached earlier this month. Several Wairarapa not-for-profit rest homes say this creates unfairness for kitchen and cleaning staff and nurses who will not be getting such an increase because the facilities can't afford it.
