We visit several heritage homes and gardens including a guided tour of the wonderful themed Hamilton gardens, and we marvel at the sculptures at Waitakaruru Arboretum. We uncover the history of Kawhia Harbour, take an historic paddleboat ride on the Waihou River at Paeroa, pat Clydesdales in Pirongia and discover wondrous limestone formations near Waitomo.

Hoping someone can help. I am wanting to know if there is anywhere in the Wairarapa I can buy large lollipops, rock candy and a choc bar called a curly whirly.

Pea weevil was detected in 2016 and we have been successful with restrictions that were set in place. This pest has the potential to destroy pea crops, so restrictions are for both commercial and residential growers. With your help, we can eradicate pea weevil completely.
