Otago students hunkering down can party, but only with flatmates
The normally vibrant student quarter is a ghost town, as thousands of students flee Dunedin, or hunker down in their halls or flats.
"If they want to travel it is entirely up to them", was the message from University of Otago emergency and business continuity coordinator, Andrew Ferguson on Tuesday afternoon.
